OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 23, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to, effective September 25, 2012, authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into an agreement with the RCMP for the Serious Incident Response Team to conduct an independent external review of an RCMP investigation, in the form set out in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to such minor modifications that the Minister deems necessary.
