OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated October 24, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act, is pleased to appoint Ryan Brennan of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of three years commencing December 1, 2012.
