OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 6, 2015, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources:

a) issuing a deed to convey a parcel of Crown lands containing approximately 0.85 hectares (2.09 acres), located at Ketch Harbour, Halifax County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to the Ketch Harbour Area Residents Association, a society having its registered office at Ketch Harbour, Nova Scotia, its successors and assigns for the consideration of $1.00, subject to a right of reversion in favour of the Crown; and

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
