Order in Council 1077/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1731/2021, dated December 9, 2021, Michel Fernand Payette was further reappointed as a part-time member of the Cornwall Community Police Services Board for a period not to exceed three years effective from January 31, 2022;

And

whereas Michel Fernand Payette has, in writing, effective May 31, 2023, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1731/2021 dated December 9, 2021, further reappointing Michel Fernand Payette as a part-time member of the Cornwall Community Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
