OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated January 11, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 25M of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective January 11, 2011, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2009-307, dated June 19, 2009, assigning responsibility for the Emergency Management Office to the Honourable Ramona Jennex, a Member of the Executive Council; and (

b) assign responsibility for the Emergency Management Office to the Honourable Ross Landry, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Emergency Management.
