OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 26, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective March 25, 2025, to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an amending agreement with EMC Emergency Medical Care Inc. and the Government of Prince Edward Island to extend the term of an agreement in respect of telecare services, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
