OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated March 26, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia of a ±38 km corridor of land located in both Pictou County and Antigonish County, being more particularly described in
Schedule “A” and shown on the plans marked
Schedule “B”, which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of twinning and re-alignment of Highway 104 from Sutherlands River, Pictou County to Addington Forks, Antigonish County, Nova Scotia.
