Order in Council 803/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 14(1.1) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Lee Holling of Wallaceburg

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal effective February 10, 2018 and ordered for a fixed term until December 31, 2018.

and pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act , as amended,

Lee Holling of Wallaceburg

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation effective February 10, 2018 and ordered for a fixed term until December 31, 2018.
