OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 22, 2017, and pursuant to subsection 8(1) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) accepting the transfer of administration and control from the Government of Canada of land in Cape Breton County as identified on

Schedule “A” and shown outlined in bold on Schedules “B” through “S”, which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, for the sum of $413,838; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
