Chapter 342 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Petroleum Resources Act , is pleased to amend the Petroleum Resources Regulations , N.S. Reg. 178/85, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 85-1180 dated October 29, 1985, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after November 27, 2014.
