Order in Council 573/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Gregory Bishop was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal by Order in Council 538/2022 dated March 10, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , and despite Order in Council O.C. 1155/2021, Gregory Bishop be paid an annual remuneration of $174,184 during the term of his appointment.

Further, Gregory Bishop shall be eligible for benefits, including vacation, comparable to the benefit entitlements of OPS executives in the Senior Management Group and be entitled to elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.

And further, Gregory Bishop shall be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses while engaged in the business of the Ontario Land Tribunal in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
