OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated March 16, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 327 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Ombudsman Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the appointment of the persons listed in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, as assistants and employees of the Ombudsman and such assistants and employees to be paid at rates of pay and receive benefits equivalent to the civil service classifications listed opposite their names; (

b) approve the appointment of persons to the positions listed in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, as permanent assistants and employees of the Ombudsman and such assistants and employees to be paid at rates of pay and receive benefits equivalent to the civil service classifications listed opposite the positions, and as casual employees to be paid at rates of pay equivalent to the civil service classifications listed opposite the positions.
