OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments: To be Acting Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Acting Minster of Agriculture and Marketing and Acting Minister of Natural Resources from Wednesday evening, April 26, 2000 until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 27, 2000: The Honourable Ronald Russell; To be Acting Minister of Health and Acting Minister responsible for the Emergency Measure Act from 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2000 until 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 31, 2000: The Honourable Rodney MacDonald; To be reappointed as a Commissioner pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Donald Lee Jamieson of Berwick, Kings County, for a term commencing February 16, 2000, and ending February 28, 2005; To be appointed as Commissioners pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act: Kristy Ella Herron-Bishop of Digby, Digby County, while employed as Constituency Assistant to the Honourable Gordon D.

Balser, MLA, Digby-Annapolis; Julie Callegari of Lower Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term to expire April 30, 2005; and Margaret Aucoin of Truro, Colchester County, while employed with the Children's Aid Society and Family Services of Colchester County.
