On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 63.2(1) of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009 ,
Brian O’Byrne of Toronto
be appointed as part-time associate chair of the Classification Roster branch of the College of Trades Appointments Council and Classification Roster to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
