Currently the Act applies to agr i- cultural crops and perennial plants. The Bill would expand the Act so that it would apply to all agr icultural products that are designated by the Minister by regulation. The title of the Act is amended to reflect the expanded scope of the legislation. Le titre de la Loi est modifié pour tenir compte de l’extension de sa portée.
