OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated June 21, 2000, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1994, the Credit Union Act, is pleased to appoint Joseph Kennedy of Fall River, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of office commencing July 1, 2000 and ending February 5, 2003.
