OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 24, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: a)\x09acquire land located at various locations in Pictou County and Colchester County, Nova Scotia, being identified as Parcels 1 through 24 shaded dark grey on the maps marked

Schedule "A",

Schedule "B", and

Schedule "C" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from Kenney Forest Holdings Limited, its trustees, approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $783,515 plus survey, appraisal and legal costs, subject to the condition that Kenney Forest Holdings Limited, its trustees, approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice, and

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
