VICTIMS' BENEFITS AMENDMENT REGULATION

Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 4/98) pursuant to

section

17 of the Victims of Crime Act.

1 The Victims' Benefits Regulation (AR 201/97) is amended by this

Regulation.

Schedule 2 is amended in the line with the description of injury "Head:

ear: perforated ear drum":

(

a) in the column under the heading "Band" by adding "3";

(

b) in the column under the heading "Benefits" by striking out "3"

and substituting "$1,500".

Forests Act

FOREST RECREATION AMENDMENT REGULATION

Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 6/98) pursuant to

section

46 of the Forests Act.

1 The Forest Recreation Regulation (AR 343/79) is amended by this

Regulation.

Schedule E is amended by repealing

(

a) the heading "Elk River Forest Recreation Area" and the legal

description that follows it;

(

b) the heading "Hell's Gate Staging Forest Recreation Area" and

the legal description that follows it.

Schedule G is amended by striking out "Hell's Gate".

AMENDMENT REGULATION

Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 9/98) pursuant to

section

23 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act.

1 The Alberta Fresh Vegetable Producers' Plan Regulation (AR 280/96) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 40 is amended by striking out "December 31, 1997" and

substituting "June 30, 1998".
