OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated July 7, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Debra MacCallum of New Glasgow, Pictou County, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 90-256 dated February 27, 1990; and (
b) appoint the following persons as Deputy Issuers of Marriage Licenses, effective June 23, 2004: Michele MacKinnon, Customer Service Representative of the CCR office in New Glasgow, Pictou County; and Shirley MacInnis, Customer Service Representative of the Port Hawkesbury Access Centre in Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County.
