OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism dated June 5, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2022, the Dismantling Racism and Hate Act, is pleased to make regulations prescribing public bodies for the purposes of the Act, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after July 2, 2024.
