OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 7, 2001, pursuant to

Section 19 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2001 43 dated February 2, 2001, by adding the words "for the purpose of operating and maintaining a marina and engaging in related activities" to the ninth line after the word "County" and by deleting from the ninth and tenth lines of said Order the number "10" and substituting therefor the number "5".
