Order in Council 1375/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities, O.C. 811/2019 dated May 30, 2019 appointing Derek Murray as a member of the Simcoe-York Grant Review Team be revoked, effective June 23, 2020.
