Order in Council 2184/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 191/95 made under the Public Guardian and Trustee Act , Linda Smith of Toronto be appointed a part-time member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Public Guardian and Trustee, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council, for a period not exceeding three (3) years effective the later of December 4, 2017, or the date of this Order in Council.

Linda Smith is appointed as a public servant and shall not participate in the fixing of the interest rates to be paid on money in the hands of the Public Guardian and Trustee.
