, I designate the area generally known as the Stanhope Pond

W ater Supply Area

for the Town of

Lewisporte

as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Lewisporte abutted and bounded as follows:

By a line drawn from Military Grid Reference NAD 27, Zone 21, 639,550 metres east 5,458,350 metres north 140 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,525 metres from the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 240 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 925 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 204 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 174 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,950 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 186 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 161 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 203 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 219 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,350 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 187 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,250 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 301 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,200 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 13 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 277 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 12 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,175 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 101 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,225 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 343 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 20 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,575 metres; and

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 41 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,050 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
