Order in Council 486/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 4(2)(

b) of the Ontario College of Teachers Act, 1996 and Ontario Regulation 345/96 made under that Act, Mark Baxter of Brantford be appointed as a member of the Council of the Ontario College of Teachers to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
