OIC Number: 2006 - 511 Date of Order: Nov 28, 2006 OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated November 1, 2006, pursuant to Order in Council 2005-373, and paragraphs 105 and 109 of the Articles of Association of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, each for a term of four years commencing November 28, 2006 and ending November 30, 2010: (

i) Donald J. McIver of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (ii) William H. Gates of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and (iii) George Archibald of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

b) reappoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, each for a term commencing November 28, 2006 and ending on the date as follows: (

i) Ruth Goldbloom of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term of one year, ending November 30, 2007; (ii) Alan Barkhouse of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term of two years, ending November 30, 2008; and (iii) David Harrison of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, for a term of three years, ending November 30, 2009; (
