OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendations of the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and the Minister responsible for the Administration of
Part I of the Gaming Control Act dated March 18, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 6, and subsection 24(3) and clauses 25(
a) and (
b) of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and the Minister responsible for the Administration of
Part I of the Gaming Control Act to enter into a gaming agreement with the Paq'tnkek First Nation and the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation, in a form substantially the same as Appendix A.
