An Act to Amend
Chapter 39 of the Acts of 2008, the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter, and
Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1998, the Municipal Government Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 17 of the Acts of 2011,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 39 of the Acts of 2008, the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter, and
Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1998, the Municipal Government Act, do come into force on and not before September 27, 2011.
