Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia of a portion of PID 25168675, Parcel C, located at Fountain Road, Middleboro, Cumberland County, Nova Scotia, being more particularly described in
Schedule "A" and shown on the plan marked
Schedule "B” which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of the Howard Bridge Replacement Project, Cumberland County.
