OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs, dated August 8, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Canada in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
