Order in Council 787/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998 , Pasquale Fiorino of Amherstburg be appointed as a part-time member and designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Health Services Appeal and Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
