OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act , dated March 21, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to appoint George M. McLellan of Baddeck, Victoria County, as a member and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, for term of five years, commencing October 4, 2017.
