OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated February 3, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of
Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, and Sections 10 and 13 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council dated December 1, 1992, and amended by Order in Council dated March 26, 2007, effective April 1, 2007, is pleased to: (
a) approve the granting of a loan for $251,305.34 to L.J.H. (Rene) vanVilsteren and Josephina (Jose) A. vanVilsteren on terms and conditions as defined in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (
b) determine the rate of interest charged on this loan to be 7%.
