On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) effective September 1, 2025, the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 1, and

(

b) effective November 1, 2025, the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 2.

Schedule 1

Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended in column 4 of item 26.1 by striking out " September 1, 2025 " and substituting " September 1, 2030 ".

Schedule 2 is amended in column 4 of item 20 by striking out " September 1, 2025 " and substituting " September 1, 2030 ".
