Order in Council 792/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Samuel Billich was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective March 25, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 347/2021;

And

whereas Samuel Billich tendered his resignation effective March 7, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Order in Council O.C. 347/2021 be revoked effective March 7, 2022.
