Order in Council 541/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1602/2014, dated the 10 th day of December 2014, David William Kent was appointed as a member of the Township of Augusta Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from December 10, 2014;

And

whereas David William Kent has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the Township of Augusta Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, David William Kent is hereby reappointed as a member of the Township of Augusta Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
