Order in Council 353/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act , Tracy Foster of Lynden be appointed as part-time member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 31, 2021.
