Order in Council 1344/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant subsection 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 16,

Phil Verster

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective October 2, 2020 .

Further , Order in Council O.C. 2019/2017, dated October 18, 2017 is hereby revoked.
