Order in Council 1083/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas

section 87 of the Legislative Assembly Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. L. 10, provides for the composition of the Board of Internal Economy of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario;

And

whereas paragraph 87(1)(

b) provides that the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall appoint a commissioner of the Board of Internal Economy from among the members of the Executive Council;

Therefore, the Honourable Paul Calandra, a member of the Executive Council of Ontario, is appointed a commissioner of the Board of Internal Economy effective the date of this Order and;

Order in Council OC 1055/2018, dated September 12, 2018, is revoked.
