OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, dated June 16, 2021, and pursuant to Sections 5 and 9 of
Chapter 22 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Act , is pleased to:
a) appoint Rod McCulloch of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) to the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Board of Governors as a non-voting Honourary Governor commencing July 2, 2021, and expiring on December 31, 2021; and (
b) appoint Sadira Jan of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) to the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Board of Governors as a non-voting Honourary Governor commencing July 2, 2021, and expiring on December 31, 2021.
