Section 50 of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2004, the Financial Measures
(2004) Act, and subsection (7) of
Section 3 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 6 to 15 of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 2004, the Financial Measures
(2004) Act, do come into force on and not before March 30, 2007.
