Order in Council 864/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1), (2) and (6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , the following Orders in Councils that appointed or reappointed the following members to the boards of directors specified in the table below be revoked effective the later of June 28, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
