Order in Council 1919/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Heather Hunter was reappointed a part-time member of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a term of five years, effective May 28, 2013, by Orders in Council O.C. 717/2013 and 719/2013;

And

whereas Heather Hunter tendered her resignation effective August 10, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsections 207(2) and 96(2) of the Child and Family Services Act , Orders in Council O.C. 717/2013 and 719/2013 be revoked effective August 10, 2017.
