OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment dated March 10, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 110 of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act, is pleased to amend the Water and Wastewater Facilities and Public Drinking Water Supplies Regulations, N.S. Reg. 186/2005, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2005-426 dated September 30, 2005, to expand the definition of "public drinking water supply" in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after April 1, 2009.
