Order in Council 573/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas William Greenberg was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 3, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 147/2022;

And

whereas William Greenberg tendered his resignation effective February 21, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 147/2022 be revoked effective February 21, 2023.
