Order in Council 999/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sharanjit Padda of Brampton, appointed by O.C. 217/2022 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Dietitians of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective March 20, 2024;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 5(1)(

b) of the Dietetics Act, 1991 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 217/2022 be revoked.
