Order in Council 1639/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Tiffany Ticky was appointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 11, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1/2024;

And

whereas Tiffany Ticky tendered her resignation effective October 26, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1/2024 be revoked effective October 26, 2024.
