Ministry Responsible: SMALL BUSINESS, TOURISM AND CULTURE Statutory Authority: Employee Investment

Section 15 (

c) of the Employee Investment Regulation, B.C. Reg. 341/97, is repealed and the following substituted:

c) securities

i) described in

section of the Trustee Act that are issued by British Columbian or Canadian issuers, ii) l isted and traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (or its successor exchange or trading system), iii) of any investment unit trust or mutual fund corporation which holds a diversified investment portfolio of securities that are issued by British Columbian or Canadian issuers, or iv) representing pools of any of the foregoing securities if, at the date of the investment, the money invested in those securities is not required under the Act to ever be invested in eligible investments; .
