OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 16, 1999, pursuant to clause 3(
f) of
Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act, is pleased, effective August 16, 1999, to charge the Member of the Executive Council holding the office of Minister of Tourism and Culture with the administration of the Heritage Property Act.
