On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Peter Savage , Doctor of Medicine, of Collingwood, be reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the later of March 22, 2019 and the date this Order in Council is made, and ending December 31, 2019.
